Thinking of Selling?

Mow the lawn, trim trees and bushes, rake leaves, dispose of dead plants or leaves, and store tools and equipment nicely in garage.

Wash windows, sweep sidewalks and driveways, repair anything cracked or damaged.

Add a doormat, plants or a new house number.

Clear anything extra on countertops and refrigerator doors. Remove any papers, mail, dishes, pots and pans from countertops.

Wipe cabinets, appliances inside and out, countertops and clean floors. Also take out the garbage and air out if needed with freshener.

Repair anything not working correctly , patch and paint walls, ceiling and cabinets.

Add new throw rug or plant.

Remove any unnecessary items from countertops and organize cabinets. 

Clean sink, toilet bathtub and shower, and also make sure they are all mold free. Polish mirrors and fixtures and wash floor.

repair any leaks. If necessary repair tile, walls and ceiling.

Add a candle, matching towels and accessories, and a new shower curtain.

Remove papers and magazines from table, and straighten bookshelves if applicable. For furniture, rearrange, discard old or worn and store extra pieces.

Clean floor, polish furniture, wipe and clean windows, lighting fixtures and fireplace if applicable. Check if all lightbulbs are working.

Patch and paint walls and ceilings if necessary.

Display linens on table, add fresh flowers, candle or potpourri.

Straighten up and store extra items or furniture. Store seasonal clothing to make closets more appealing as well as hang them all up.

Clean floor, wash windows, wipe down lighting fixtures and check if all lightbulbs are working. 

Patch and paint walls and ceilings if necessary.

Add decorative pillows to bed, or add a plant.

Organize all areas; this includes laundry, common space, workshops, garden tools and playroom. Box up and store or dispose of any unnecessary items.

Sweep and clean floors, remove cobwebs and wash windows inside and out.

Double check if furnace, A/C and hot water heater are working properly.
