About West Linn

Robinwood:  Northeastern end along HWY 43 above Mary S Young Park. Older neighborhoods, some along river.

Bolton:  Close to shops along Hwy 43 and Mary S Young Park. Condos and single family homes.  

Skyline/ Marylhurst :  Larger traditional homes, many built in 1990s. Northern end of Hwy 43 toward Lake Oswego. 

Rosemont Summit/Hidden Springs:  More established areas with traditional and older homes with larger lots. Hidden Springs is further north.  

Sunset:  Neighborhood with large park and elementary school. Mix of smaller older homes, bungalows and apartments. 

Parker Crest: Near grocery store and restaurants. Mix of townhomes, single family homes and a new development of higher end homes.

Savanna Oaks: More established areas with older and newer homes with larger lots.  Just north are Cascade Summit Townhomes.  

Barrington Heights:  Larger homes and some gated areas. Built 1990s or newer. Easy access to freeway.  

Willamette:  Near river; walk everywhere including to Historic Willamette restaurants. Mix of historic and newer homes. North of I-205 are townhomes and apartments.
